Support that follows your child everywhere they grow
Children don't develop in a therapy room alone. They grow at home, at school, in everyday life. Mindora brings structured, professional developmental support into the places your child actually lives — and coordinates it all, so you never have to hold it together by yourself.

For ProfessionalsBuilding something measurable
These figures are placeholders you can update anytime from the dashboard as Mindora grows.
You've been holding the full picture of your child alone — running between appointments, repeating the story, hoping everyone is working toward the same thing.
Specialists who never talk to each other
A speech therapist here, an occupational therapist there — each giving advice that doesn't quite line up.
Progress that disappears at the school gate
What works in a session is rarely understood by the people with your child every day.
No one holding it all together
You became the project manager of your child's care — and it's exhausting.
A program, not a pile of appointments
Every child we support gets a structured program with four parts that work together — coherent, coordinated, and built to last.
Direct work with your child
Structured, goal-directed sessions with a qualified professional — addressing communication, learning, sensory, motor, or behavioural needs.
Building the people around them
Practical guidance for parents and teachers — the strategies used between sessions, where most lasting change actually happens.
Coordination across everyone
Where several professionals are involved, we keep them working from one shared plan — no more contradictory advice.
Review and oversight
Every program is reviewed regularly and adjusted up or down. Support stays matched to your child's real, changing needs.
Seven programs, one coordinated system
Mindora works across every setting a child lives in. Explore the programs that make up our approach.
Home, Hope & Harmony
Three words hold everything we do — and four principles shape every decision we make.
Real change happens in a child's everyday environments. We build support around the home and the people in it, not around a clinic room.
Every child deserves a future of participation and dignity. We work toward genuine, visible progress families can see and trust.
We bring the people around a child into alignment — family, school, and professionals working from one shared plan.
Governance precedes convenience
Every program is documented, reviewed, and governed. Children and families deserve better than informal arrangements.
Environments over sessions
Most developmental change happens outside the therapy room. We build the capacity of caregivers and environments.
Proportionality
We assign the level of support a child actually needs — not what is most convenient. Intensity is governed, not assumed.
Dignity at every level
For the child, the family, the professional whose expertise deserves structure, and the institution trying to do right.
Stories from our community
Written and video testimonials from parents, teachers, and professionals will live here.
These are placeholders — real stories appear here as your community shares them, managed from your dashboard.

Let's talk about your child
Every Mindora journey begins with a conversation. Tell us a little about your child, and we'll help you understand what support could look like.
Built by someone who sat inside the system long enough to see where it fails
Mindora exists because children kept making progress in clinics — then returning to environments that had no idea how to sustain it.
Why Mindora exists
Mindora Inclusive Child Development Services is a Ugandan company that designs and delivers structured developmental and inclusion support for children with needs affecting learning, communication, participation, feeding, sensory processing, or development.
It was founded by a Speech and Language Therapist who spent years inside the system — working with children one-on-one, watching them make real gains, and then watching those gains fade because the home, the school, and the other professionals around the child were never brought into the picture.
The problem was never the therapy. The problem was everything around it: fragmented services, no shared plan, no bridge to the environments where children actually spend their days. Mindora was built to fix exactly that.
Children develop within systems, not in isolation
Developmental challenges rarely exist only within the child. They interact with environments, adult responses, routines, and expectations. So our work emphasises:
- Development within natural environments
- Coordinated professional input rather than fragmented services
- Functional participation over isolated skill training
- Collaboration with institutions and caregivers
- Proportional intensity based on assessed need
We are not a clinic embedded in institutions, nor do we employ institutional staff. We are an inclusion and developmental systems partner.
The future we're working toward
A future where children with developmental and educational support needs are served through accessible, coordinated, and sustainable systems that work consistently across care, learning, and community environments.
Mindora designs, coordinates, and delivers program-based developmental support for individuals with developmental support needs — in partnership with families, professionals, schools, hospitals, and institutions.
Four commitments
Governance precedes convenience
Every program is documented, reviewed, and governed.
Environments over sessions
We build capacity in caregivers and environments, not dependency.
Proportionality
The level of support a child actually needs — governed, not assumed.
Dignity at every level
For every child, family, professional, and institution we serve.

Seven programs that work as one coordinated system
Mindora delivers support across every environment a child lives in — and to the families, schools, and professionals around them.
Support matched to your child's real needs
The level and intensity of support is never one-size-fits-all. It's assessed individually and adjusted as your child grows.
Assessed, not assumed
Every child begins with a proper intake. Support is shaped around what they actually need.
Proportionate intensity
Some children need light-touch support; others need more. We assign the right level and review it.
Reviewed over time
As your child progresses, support is adjusted up or down. Nothing runs on autopilot.

Mindora handles the governance, coordination, and administration — so you can focus on what you do best: working with children.
A structure built around your expertise
Most developmental professionals enter the field to work with children — and end up buried in documentation, coordination, and administration that no system was built to carry.
Mindora is that system. We engage qualified independent professionals across speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, special needs and inclusive education, behavioural support, and psychology — and we give their work the structure it deserves.
- Governance, documentation, and coordination handled for you
- Work from a unified plan, alongside other professionals
- Clear scope, clear roles, clear professional respect
- Operate within a registered, ethical governance framework
